Overview:

Many transmission electron microscopes are offered for the analysis of organic and inorganic materials, including the cryogenic analysis of biological systems and 3D image reconstruction.

The transmission electron microscope Krios is a system unique in Canada having an autosampler that can handle samples completely automatically without contamination. The system can analyze up to 12 samples with the 3D software reconstruction (Xplore3D) that automatically collects tomographic series and reconstructs 3D models of biological structures.
