Thermal topography
Overview:
Thermal topography (AXP model) enables measurement of in-plane and out-of-plane strain during thermal profile with Shadow-Moiré or DIC technics.

Thermogravimetry (TGA)
Available models :
Overview:
Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) permits the analysis of mass change with temperature. Some phenomena can be observed and quantified, such as absorption and sublimation.
Linseis TGA device is coupled to a mass spectrometer that allows gas detection during the measurement.

Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC)
Available models :
Overview:
Differential scanning calorimetry instruments allow the analysis of fusion, crystallisation and glass transition temperatures of materials. Reaction enthalpy and crystallinity measurments are also possible. The DSC-1 is equipped with an automatic sampling module and uses TOPEM technology.
Use this equipment
Thermomechanical analysis (TMA)
Overview :
TA Instruments TMA (Q400 model) measures sample dimensional changes under conditions of controlled temperature, time, force and atmosphere.
Use this equipment
Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA)
Overview :
TA Instruments Q800 model provides mechanical and viscoelastic properties measurements on materials submitted to cyclical stress in control atmosphere.
Use this equipment
Rheometer
Overview :
TA Instruments Ares Rheometer enables flow and deformation measurement on various materials (flux, underfill, sealband, thermal interface material (TIM))
